Membership Management System 2005 is the premier membership software for all sports, clubs & business. You can create an unlimited number of members in the database & fill in up to 21 fields of information on them. Membership numbers are automatically generated in the format you choose. Import or capture member pictures via a webcam. Search on ANY field or a combination of fields. Mail merge members details & print out letters or email them directly from the software. There is no need for any other word processing software (e.g. Word) to create the Mail merge documents. You can also print labels for each member & can define the paper type used, or select from our database of over 300 predefined labels using Avery paper. A Power Task list lets you keep track of you duties.Using the Report system you can quickly view reports on your members & print them out.
