WebAsyst Quick Notes is one of the applications, developed within the family of web-based solutions, known as WebAsyst Suite. It allows you to create all kinds of notes and memos and share them with your team. ORGANIZE NOTES AND MEMOS: A diverse array of features will help you to create a secure on-line storage for all your notes and memos, inserted in their proper folders. Each folder may contain as many notes and subfolders as you want. Arranged in hierarchical order all folders will be easily accessible by you or authorized users. ADD NOTES WITH OPTIONAL ATTACHMENTS: New memos and notes are easily fed to correspondent folders through the same Add Note form. The number of files to be attached to certain notes or memos is defined by user. DISPLAY FILE IN DIFFERENT FORMATS: Depending on the type of files they can be displayed in the most convenient format, which you set separately for each folder: GRID- tabular format where file attributes appear in different columns, e.g. file name, type, size etc. You can sort the list by any column clicking its title. LIST- convenient option to display note’s subject and full content at the same time. Sorting feature is also available in the list format. COPY/MOVE/DELETE FOLDERS AND NOTES: You can copy or move the whole folder with all included subfolders and entries to new location. You can also copy/move multiple entries in a batch mode to any accessible folder or delete the whole folder or selected notes. SEARCH NOTES: Search function allows you to search by any key phrase contained in note’s subject or content. SHARE FOLDERS WITH OTHER USERS: You can grant access rights to either individual users or groups for every folder to be shared. You can also see a list of all users and groups that share access to your folder as well as their access rights. PRINT NOTES USING TEMPLATES: Print selected notes or the entire Quick Notes content using one of the pre-installed templates included in the WebAsyst package.
