BPCalendar is a project scheduler program and an organizer.With this program you will be able to do the following: - Maintain event list. - Group events. - Get warnings about upcoming events. - View charts of event length during day. - View your free and busy time during day as a chart. - View important uncompleted events for past days.

(You will never miss an important event!) - View current events for all groups or for selected group only (with regard to Show/Hide options) - View highlighted calendar days with events of all groups or of selected group only (with regard to Show/Hide options). - Show/Hide events with Completed option checked. - Show/Hide events with Busy at this Time option checked. - Show/Hide events with Important option checked. - View all events. - Search for events. - Print events for a day, a week or a month. - Import tasks and events from Microsoft Outlook. - Synchronize BPCalendar with data created on another computer (using Import/Export feature). - Undo last action (up to 20 actions). - Check moon phase for any day Main purpose of this program is to provide the necessary information in most convenient way.You need only to check the program to find out what events are planned for any day and how are they spread through this day.Events can be arranged by groups.

This option will help you to plan your time more efficientlyFor example, you have created Meetings group.

When you will select this item in group list you will see all days when you are going to have meetings highlighted on the calendar.

If you will also check Hide Completed option, only days with uncompleted meetings will be highlighted.
