This software saves hours searching on the internet. The purpose of the website is to be 'property finders' for Spanish Properties. We have offices throughout Spain including both the Canary Islands and the Balearics. That also inlcudes inland Spain. The reason for the development of the site is that too many people have complained about getting confused by using the internet for searching purposes. They have found some properties listed with separate agencies; and then to confuse the issue further the same property is listed at two different prices. Whilst this does happen in Spain we avoid this confusion by sourcing out the cheapest price. Estate Agents in Spain work with their own selection of properties; and then... when needed source properties from other Estate Agents. All adding to the dismay by certain property viewers. Our site again avoids any confusion and to supplement this we are proud of our simple software that aids this process.
