Featuring new and original characters, quality 3D graphics and an epic storyline based on the popular "bishoujo sentai" or "pretty girl fighting team" genre of Japanese animation, or anime, LadyStar(tm) promises to provide adventure game fans, anime fans, and people new to computer games with many hours of enjoyable and unique gameplay.LadyStar tells the story of Jessica Hoshi, a friendly, optimistic and slightly silly 14-year old girl who is just starting high school.

She immediately makes many new friends after joining the school's marching band, but also begins to have mysterious dreams about a cold and misty canyon under a crimson sky.

LadyStar is being released as shareware, with five volumes of episodes planned over the next year.

LadyStar features an easy point-and-click graphical interface, animated toolbar, integrated context-sensitive help, hidden features, puzzles, point-scoring system, "go" and "info" links, and and a full inventory system.
