MultiComm is a software which connects two computers using a phoneline and allows you to use just any software using the MultiComm ActiveX control between the two computers.

This is not an internet application, and does not require you to connect to the internet.

You can create your own applications to run over the connection, using the Multicomm ActiveX control.
