Status bars will let you know If SkypeCap is conected with Skype and it is ready for video and audio capturing. Choose an output directory. Make a call to any of your friends from Contact list. Begin audio or video session. Now SkypeCap is ready to capture or it is already capturing audio or video (with audio) if you set it for automatical beginning.
