QE SuperResolution enables you to extract and enlarge frames from digital videos.

Unlike simple frame capture tools, QE SuperResolution combines image information from a sequence of consecutive frames, and uses it to enhance the image and produce enlargements with higher resolution and quality.

QE SuperResolution provides the user with a robust tool for enlarging the resolution of digital images beyond the one that can be achieved by regular interpolation with image editing programs, and without noticing blurring or staircase artifacts.QE SuperResolution automatically extracts the information from several consecutive frames, and uses the information to recreate an image with higher resolution and quality, compared to any individual image of the sequence.The program is currently optimized for video sequences from DV (digital video) camcorders.
