StartupXPert is a power and very useful utility that displays and allows to manage "startup" programs. When Microsoft Windows (installed on your computer) starts, it automatically launches some programs. Some of these programs are standard system utilities (for example, Scheduling Agent from Windows 98) or tools from independent vendors.
